Good ‘Lead Work’ is the key to positive behaviour and Akita handling as this is the owners connection to your companion Akita when out on your walks together.
Akita dogs are highly sensitive and intelligent, so the better the lead handling, the closure your Akita will respond to handling commands and good behaviour training techniques. Mastering ‘lead work’ requires practice and dedication as once perfected the experience your Akita will enjoy, gives the Akita confidence and trust in their Alpha Owner to guide them to a safe and positive experience on walks and in company.
